The Community Closet

Since April of 1955 the parish has operated in a variety of forms a ministry with the the two-fold focus of providing clothing and other gently used items (when available) to those in need in our community, as well as to empower those individuals to always feel as though they are shoppers in yet another store getting what they need. The names may have changed over the years but the mission is the same, and the Good Shepherd Community Closet still seeks to provide local men, women, and children with gently used clothing, bedding, towels, and other sundries at no cost.

Donations of clean (unsoiled) and loosely organized clothing, bedding, and other linens are accepted during open hours.
